Fall in the mountains

There is something special about fall in the mountains, even when it’s late. And nowhere is autumn more beautiful than Balsam Mountain Preserve. Here are more of the outdoor areas I got to add my touch to — starting with the main entrance.

Again, I really like to keep things natural, organic and rustic with corn stalks, straw bales, pumpkins and mums.

I used different coordinating fabrics and ripped sections in different sizes to make these bows.

At the Sales Gallery, simplicity is the theme.

Squirrels have already been feasting on the corn😀

The main security gate is the first place people are greeted, so I wanted it to be welcoming and festive.

As I said in the last post, this place is so beautiful that it doesn’t need anything, but a few welcoming touches certainly make it feel like home.

Thank you! Like I mentioned in the post, the squirrels do get into the corn sometimes, but as long as they don't tear it down, we're good:-)
