Hello friends! I wanted to share a few photos of the garden before it gets too unruly – as gardens do this time of year! It’s been extremely hot and humid, so working out here has been miserable!

I gave my scarecrow a makeover because she was looking pretty tired! Daddy gave me some old overalls, and I added some scraps of fabric and actually turned the shirt inside out so the non-faded side was out.

I have lots of things growing – different kinds of summer and winter squash, silver queen corn, pink tip beans, peppers, tomatoes, potatoes and cucumbers.

The candy roasters will be so good in “pumpkin” pies this fall!

This “pink champagne cherry tomato” is amazing, and I just sasve ghe seeds form year to year!

My silver queen corn needs a few more weeks.

It’s definitely a pepper year!

These baby pink tip beans are adorable!

Despite the heat, drought, and now too much rain, we are still putting up what we have and thankful for it.

There’s a video on my channel with two recipes and video of the garden, so be sure to check that out!
I’m sharing my Spicy Refrigerator Dill Pickles and Canned Jalapenos!
Thanks for stopping by friends!

Thanks Karima! Yes, is sure feels lilke that – less snow and cold and hotter heat🥵 I’m definitely looking forward to cooler weather.
You have a wonderful garden which makes for some good summer cooking. I live in Oklahoma and we’ve been having some hot tempertures that is not helping my garden. It’s been 102-104 for three days last week and this week it’s doing it again. I love that cute scare crow you have.

Oh no, I am getting to where I just can’t handle the heat anymore. When I lived in Georgia we had triple digits, and now here I’m dying in 75 degrees and 75% humidity🥵 Thank you!
Thanks for sharing, it has been hot and humid here and dry so have to water. Thankful I have space to grow a few things. Especially flowers
