Two easy Christmas table scapes!

Hi everyone! I wanted to share a couple of easy and festive tablescapes for Christmas! I really miss the early days of blogging and getting to set and share a pretty table mostly every week – especially this time of year when we would al be sharing together on blog hops.

The first one is a casual table with Mikasa Tartan Red, borrowed from mother. This is such a pretty and bright pattern, and I chose to use some Christmas tree printed napkins I bought at Walmart several years back. They are currently available on amazon. I use cloth napkins exclusively, and I prefer cotton ones that wash and wear well. These are just wonderful and don’t need ironing after washing.

I used silver trays as chargers, my Mikassa Italian Countryside flatware and a green Whitehall Indiana glass iced tea glass. I bought the napkin rings many years ago at World Market.

I love this easy and casual look, but it’s festive and pretty for Christmas.

i kept the same centerpiece I’ve had all this season and love how this all worked together.

For the next table, I used Mother’s International Winter Wonderland dinnerware. This is a favorite and one I borrowed a lot when the children were little.

The plates and cups all have different patterns, and I just adore the winter scenes. This pattern really says “country Christmas” to me🙂

I used my sterling Wallace & Sons Louvre flatware from 1896, Cristal D’Arques – Durand, Longchamp iced tea glasses from the 90s, and napkins I made years ago.

I created a centerpiece using a wood board, greenery, faux sugared fruit, pinecones and the yule log daddy made years ago. I’ve not made one of these in a few years, so I was excited to see it on the table. It’s a favorite Christmas centerpiece to create, and I often use different things with the greenery including Shiny Brites, berries or dried oranges and pomegranates. If you’ve followed for a while, you’ll remember many of those tables, and they’re all over pinterest.

I love creating pretty tables, especially at Christmas and love how festive they make the house look. We use the good china all the time, and I encourage you to open up those cabinets and get out the good things – they were made to be used😊

There is a new video on my channel showing some behind-the-scenes of the tables as well as two quick and easy recipes to have on hand for friends and family!!

Have a very, Merry Christmas my friends!!
